Roxas City local chef/ magician Julian prepared Baked Diwal with Cheese with a local delicacy “diwal” with Rapsa Papa Drew Arellano.Diwal is a kind of shellfish that can only be harvested from July to September.

Ingredients for Baked Diwal with Cheese
-1 kilo of fresh Diwal
-1/2 cup of bread crumbs
-1/2 cup grated cheese
-5 cloves of minced garlic
-Maggi magic sarap
