Last night episode of Balikbayan featured one of Philippine Cinema’s famous “kontrabida” Celia Rodriguez’ visit to what she considers her second “hometown”, Tagaytay City. Host Drew Arellano and Celia Rodriguez visited some of Tagaytay’s recognized and newest sights and places of interest.
